For years, University Resort has been providing their best services. It was originally a collaboration between IPB University and PT Prima Permata Agung to give students an opportunity for growth and an enjoyable living environment. As per 2023, University Resort has accommodated hundreds of students both locals and international with their comfortable and cozy vibes of habitation. The first tower of University Resort is located in Cilubang Nagrak street, closed by Cifor Conservation Forest and Situ Gede Lake. The warmth itself comes from their well-managed room arrangement. Every unit is equipped with great air circulation and sunlight exposure. Calmness is also one of their distinct points, as the main tower of University Resort isn't too close to the locals' settlement. It differentiates University Resort with most of the IPB University student's dwelling choices.
Moving onto the interiors of University Resort, the building offers good deals. Their public facilities are one of the best and we could easily access all of it. University Resort has a ping pong table and vending machine in the lobby where the students have fun with acquaintances. There's also laundry and scheduled shuttle bus service which accommodate students to mobilize to IPB University. Basic needs like praying rooms and common kitchen are provided and available. The residents could use it all for free.Â
Blocks are divided by genders. Each hallway has its own fingerprint lock system, so it was not easily accessed for non-resident. There's two types of rooms that can be rented, grouped in singles and doubles. As for the interiors of its units, University Resort served a full-furnished room with WiFi connection to support student's learning activity. What differentiates the singles and twins are the amount of beds each room has. The singles are furnished with a queen-sized bed, meanwhile the twins are occupied with twin beds side by side. All types of the units are filled with wardrobes, study desks, air conditioner, and an inner bathroom. It is worth the price and the experience. For its excellence, University Resort has obtained numerous awards as best student habitation especially in Bogor.
University Resort wasn't just known for their integrated residence, but also their scholarship program. Outstanding undergraduate students of IPB University who fulfilled the criterias will undergo a series of selection until a few of the best human resources are selected. The program itself was invented in 2022 and managed to help 4 students by giving them living and soft skill development accommodation. This year, University Resort reopened the scholarship program to assist IPB University's students.
