This film tries to offer something new and because of that the story is brought to the city of Bandung. We can see the combination of two cultures and also different languages, namely Javanese and Sundanese. The combination of the two can sometimes make us laugh. Although many stories are located in Bandung, fortunately Yowis Ben 2 does not get stuck to present cliches from various landmarks in Bandung, for example. Bandung has been adequately represented by angkot, language, and also cameos.

Unfortunately, this film can't outperform its first film. Although there are some funny moments, but overall, the first film is far more hilarious. Even in terms of songs, the first film also offers more catchy songs. The conflicts that were presented were indeed more numerous, but the settlement of everything was also easy. The good thing is, this film doesn't try to patronize. Friendship and brotherhood are very important. Bayu finally realized this.
