Another proud achievement came from SM Entertainment's youngest boy group, NCT Dream. They managed to get their second "Clean Sweep" in 2022 with the main title track from their second repackaged album, Beatbox, and earned the Grand Slam title. This is NCT DREAM's fourth Grand Slam title, having previously won the title with the song Glitch Mode, released on March 28, 2022, and Hot Sauce and Hello Future song, which was released last year.
The Grand Slam, marked by their 5th win on the weekly SBS Inkigayo music show on June 12, 2022, drew endless praises and congratulations from their fandom, NCTzen, on various social media platforms with hashtags #Beatbox5thWin and #NCTDream30thWin. To discover NCTzens' euphoria for NCT Dream's achievements, interviews were conducted with several NCTzens through WhatsApp and Twitter Direct Message (DM).
All 3\three interviewees said that they felt thrilled and proud over NCT Dream's Grand Slam title. Nanda (21), an NCTzen for almost 4 years, said in a WhatsApp interview that she always supports them by keeping streaming their music and voting through the official website. The same goes for the other 2 interviewees, Diva (20) and Nisa (17). But the other 2 said another statement that other than feeling joyful and proud over NCT Dream's Grand Slam title, they also felt sad and discontented because they couldn't see NCT Dream's performance and encore stage.
It is known that since Jeno, Chenle, Haechan, and Jaemin were announced to have COVID-19, all NCT Dream members have canceled all their promotional schedules and are presently healing their health problems and undergoing quarantine. Although the seven members were unable to attend many music shows and celebrate the encore stage with NCTzen, NCTzen's desire to give the greatest possible support for Beatbox was not dampened. NCT DREAM members also always express their gratitude to NCTzen for achieving first place through social media and Bubble.
