I have worked in the field of education since 2012. Almost all types of education I have undergone, ranging from being a teacher and vice-principal for curriculum in International Vocational Schools (2 years), curriculum staff at the Indonesian Education University (2 years), National Instructor of Curriculum 2013, Lecturer in the field of curriculum and Instructional at STAI Siliwangi Bandung (to date), Academic Head & Quality at training institute Ganesha Arkatama Vidya Bandung (2 years), Operational Director at training institute Asean Aero Academy, Head of academic and student at Politeknik Al Islam Bandung (2 years) and Lecture at Educational Technology UPI study program. One thing that I learned from all the places I work is that quality is a fixed price, if the quality is not well controlled, then just waiting for the institution to decline.
