Our group determined the research objectives by searching through google what problems often occur in Indonesia in the food sector. There are several problems in the food sector such as unequal food distribution, food security, and malnutrition. Based on the results of this search, we chose the problem of malnutrition in Indonesia. But not only that, but we also looked for ways to solve the problem of malnutrition which turned out to be solved by fortification of food, as well as the type of cook food such as cereals which have a long shelf life, so that they can be distributed to remote areas and stored for a long time. It turns out that from food fortification there are positive and negative impacts from food fortification. Thus, the purpose of this systematic review is to identify the available evidence on vitamin fortification technologies in the prevention of nutritional deficiency diseases in vitamin A, vitamin B12, and D, and identify potential health risks of cereal product fortification. Based on group dynamics, the things we learned such as communication where effective communication is key in a group that will have active listening, expression of ideas, clear understanding. In addition, the roles and responsibilities of each group member are important in group dynamics, because each member has responsibilities and roles that they must do to run a group effectively, so that they can make decisions correctly.

In our group, we have learned some important things from writing a systematic review outline, such as topic understanding for which we had to gather extensive knowledge on the subject and identify relevant literature. Literature selection where we had to understand the inclusion and exclusion criteria set to select studies that were fit for purpose. Also, literature analysis where we must understand the research methodology, key findings, and evidence put forward by each journal can enable us to compile a comprehensive review. To be interested in reading the results of our systematic review, we are going to look for an interesting title in which the title should be clear, concise, and make the reader curious about the content of the systematic review. An interesting abstract in which to give a brief overview of the research questions, methods, and key findings. Interesting research questions where the questions can identify significant problems, highlight the impact, or create interest with controversial or understandable aspects of existing research topics. In addition, it must be equipped with charts and tables so that the audience can visualize the results on our systematic review.

Critically and creatively searching the literature is done in several ways, such as understanding the purpose of the systematic review and defining the scope of the search, including the topic, and variables to be studied. Identifying the most relevant information sources for the systematic review. Using relevant keywords, which will create a list of keywords related to the objective. In the process, consider the variety of keywords used in the relevant literature and synonyms or other terms frequently used in the domain. Using Search Tools and Filters, where we use search tools such as PubMed, EBSCOHOST, Garuda, and Willey Online using the keywords you have identified to conduct the search. as well as using the filters in the search tools to make it easier to narrow down the search. In group dynamics, we felt that the difficulty of establishing communication, and the lack of responsibility and roles between group members, which made it difficult for this group to work on the various tasks assigned. These two things are the main problems in this group, so it will be difficult to understand the topic, determine and select the journals. Thus, the performance of this group did not run effectively or maximally.

Reading assignments are shared based on the willingness and interest of each member, with each group given keywords to use in the group's designated search tool, and each member given a tutorial on how to search. The number of journals read depends on each member's interests or is not limited in terms of number. The division of reading assignments is done by lottery, where the lottery is done by ladder-on-line application. 1 member will compile all the reading results, and 4 members will read 1-2 journals. Each member's reading results will be uploaded to the group teams in the "reading results" section to help prepare each journal's reading results into one. The group dynamics felt are a lack of responsibility in carrying out this division task, so it takes encouragement to make each member carry out every task given. However, in terms of communication between members, it has improved, and each member has begun to interact in completing their tasks. Also, the response of each member has improved when working on this reading task, due to the encouragement to work on it.

The division of tasks to complete ASG 1–4 has been done in diverse ways. In ASG 1, when determining the topic, all members play their role in proposing and voting on the topic to be chosen. The creation of the topic tree was done by one member, and other members searched for sources related to the topic. Then, from the topic tree, the purpose of the systematic review is obtained. This objective is obtained from the results of the discussion by looking at the topic tree. In ASG 2, the division is divided evenly by the group leader, where 2 group members oversee writing abstracts and compiling ASG 2, and 3 group members oversee finding relevant journals. In ASG 3, a division was made where 1 group member oversaw compiling the ASG 3-word section and abstraction table, and 4 other members oversaw helping fill in the abstraction table. In ASG 4, a division was made where 1 member oversaw compiling ASG 4 and 4 other members oversaw reading the journals in ASG 3, and the reading results were sent to the group teams in the "reading results" file, and these 4 members helped in finding relevant sources needed in ASG 4. The perceived group dynamics are the communication, response, and responsibility of each member improving over the previous one, which means that in the work of each ASG there is an improvement in each member's performance. Thus, performance in completing tasks is getting better and faster. Based on ASG work, the thing we learned meaningfully is that each work will have a flow periodically so that it can be organized neatly and efficiently. In addition, searching for a journal relevant to its existing purpose is required to perform the proper meta-analysis and search engine to search for the relevant journal. We also studied how to collect data to produce data relevant to our goals.
