Article review results Mobile - based Tajwid 1 Learning Media at the Gontor Entrance Guidance Institution with the Demonstration Method

This article discusses the development of mobile-based Tajwid 1 learning media for the Gontor Entrance Guidance Institute (BIMAGO). BIMAGO was founded by graduates of the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG) to help prospective students prepare for the Gontor entrance exam. The main problem faced is the limited Tajwid 1 learning media which is currently still in the form of printed books with limited numbers. Therefore, the author developed an Android-based application that can be used anytime and anywhere to learn Tajwid.

This article also summarizes the development process of the Tajwid 1 application using the demonstration method, starting from needs analysis, design, construction, implementation, to testing. The test results show that the application runs well on various types of smartphones, and receives high ratings from learning media experts and Tajwid teachers, indicating that this application is effective as a learning tool.

with that this article has succeeded in showing that mobile applications can be an effective solution to overcome the limitations of traditional learning media, especially in the context of Tajwid learning for prospective Gontor students. The use of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method in application development shows that the development process is carried out systematically and structured.

This article is strong in providing practical solutions to the problems of learning Tajweed by utilizing mobile technology. However, this article could be strengthened by a more in-depth analysis of the impact of this application on the overall learning process, as well as how this application can be integrated with other learning methods. In addition, it would be better if this article also discussed the challenges faced during the application development process and how these challenges were overcome.

The conclusion of this article confirms that the Tajwid 1 mobile application developed can help prospective Gontor students prepare for the entrance exam more effectively. This application received positive responses from users and experts, indicating that this innovation is a step forward in teaching Tajwid in the digital era.
