Introduction

Philosophy is an indispensable matter in human life and therefore we must paya attention to studying it. Philosophy began to appear in Greece, where it was called the love of wisdom and it has developed to nowadays therefore in this essay I will explore and explain how its emergence development in terms of its beginnings its Varity types its noble scholars most defining of its characteristics and other things related to it and how the humane can shape and trace it in society and apply in its daily life.

Philosophy is the love of wisdom as it came from ancient Greece because if we look at the beginning of this word there was a carpenter in Greece who was skilled in his job and loved his work so that when people saw his seriousness and his daily hardest work and his interest in his activity they began to call him the lover of the wisdom since that time the matter[philosophy] began to develop in Greece and it finally expended form Greece to the entire of world it became now universal, since that long time they called the carpenter the wiser instead of lover of wisdom and the word developed until it became a studies and an indispensable material in human life because in our modern life everything needs wisdom especially with appearing of technology and other stuffs that needs a wisdom whoever loves wisdom he undoubtedly becomes wiser as the Greece carpenter was in his time in Greece. This material philosophy would not have reached to usefforts of some scholars who worked hard to study and develop it some of scholars who is called the father of philosophy for their activity and effort in developing philosophy and there are many who worked hardly to study and expand philosophy among them the most prominent philosophers known to the history of philosophy at head of them: Socrates who was born in 460-399 BCE he was known as the father of western philosophy and was known for his criteria questions such as the beginning of human and the nature of world before.

And in the second line of scholars we have: Plato who was born in 425-347 BCE he was known by his exploration of fundamental philosophical concepts like the ideal forms the nature of the justice the philosopher king role .after Socrates and Plato . we have in the third place Aristotle who was born in 388-322 BCE and his known as a student of Plato his comprehensive focus on the foundation many fields like logic and ethics biology.

In the fourth place we have Emmanuel known by hi critique of pure reason he was born in 1724-1900 and Simon Beauvoir follows him who was born 1908-1986 and Friedrich Nietzesch he was born in 1844-18986 he is also a famous scholars of philosophy. These scholars are not the only philosopher scholars but they are more famous scholars of philosophy since the beginning of philosophy till nowadays and they ha memorable works in the history of philosophe that are unforgettable in the philosophy history after exploring the main famous scholars of philosophy we are going to highlight the characteristics of philosophy the characteristic means the materials that can help us distinguish the philosophy from other maters the first characteristic is inquiry of critical it’s known by its critical inquiry that involves analysis and questionnaire. And is also known as abstract thinking the thought of philosophical deals often with abstract concept including justice existence and beauty. 

Interdisciplinary nature is also a characteristic of philosophy that means the intersects of philosophy with various fields such as science politics religion and arts. Reflection of ethical is one of characteristic of philosophy that means philosophy mostly revolves around questions of moral and nature of right and so on we finally have the exploration of existential it focuses on the exploration of meaning of life nature of free will and the suffering problem. After mentioning the emergence of philosophy and its scholars and its characteristics we are going highlight the different types of philosophy in the head of them we have philosophy of religion that cares the study of religion secondly we have political philosophy that studies the politic and social philosophy that means the studies of social and we have culture philosophy and son.
