Firstly, breakfast replenishes our energy levels after a night of fasting. When we wake up in the morning, our body's glucose levels are usually low. By having a balanced breakfast consisting of carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats, we supply our bodies with the energy needed to function optimally throughout the day. This energy boost enhances our concentration, memory, and overall cognitive abilities, enabling us to perform better in school or work.
Secondly, breakfast plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy weight. Contrary to popular belief, skipping breakfast does not contribute to weight loss; it can actually have the opposite effect. When we skip breakfast, we tend to compensate for the missed meal by snacking on unhealthy foods later in the day or overeating during lunch. This can lead to weight gain and an increased risk of developing chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes. Eating a nutritious breakfast helps regulate our appetite and prevents overindulgence later in the day.
Furthermore, breakfast provides essential nutrients that are essential for our overall health. A well-balanced breakfast includes foods from different food groups, such as whole grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and lean proteins. These foods supply our bodies with important vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which support our immune system, promote good digestion, and reduce the risk of developing illnesses.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the importance of breakfast cannot be overstated. It fuels our bodies, enhances our mental abilities, aids in weight management, and provides essential nutrients. Therefore, it is essential to prioritize breakfast as part of our daily routine. By taking the time to have a nutritious breakfast, we invest in our health and well-being, setting ourselves up for success in all aspects of life. Remember, breakfast truly is the foundation of a productive day.
REVIEW TEXT
Review text from YELLOW WALLPAPER STORY
In my point of view, the story has a picture that sometimes many people underestimate what other people feel. In the story, the writer's husband underestimates what his wife is experiencing, even though his wife is experiencing severe depression due to the postpartum process. And her husband only gave her medicine to rest without knowing the true state of her depressed wife. Every day the wife is only in the room, and writes her daily journal, which even though the writer (wife) is not allowed to write because of her illness.
And because of his wife's illness, he was just in the room and looked at the yellow wallpaper in his room. And that makes her mindset always want to run away, and because of that she is increasingly experiencing mental disorders, she has tried to persuade her husband to get out but his husband ignores her. Then he saw the yellow wallpaper with a picture of a woman who seemed to want to leave, then he dissolved in his hallucination and tore the wallpaper as if he wanted to save the woman in the wallpaper so she could get out.
