PLURALISM AS A FACT IN INDONESIA

How about Indonesian country ? how about the beliefs in Indonesian country ?.The people in this world had known that Indonesia is a pluralism country, which has many tribes, religions, mores and also many kinds of way of life. The pluralism in Indonesia is as “factum” or as a fact which should be accepted conceitedly.
Why? Because it is our properties; potency (power) which should be prided upon; a given which should be thank goodness. We do not worry. In contrast of that we have to accept it all as our pay dirt and we have to tread on the slogan “Bhineka Tunggal Ika” means that Unity in diversity.
Tread on this slogan, actually that we can do something positive, if ourselves want to know who ourselves as longing as with a desert voyager, named Genoza. So, we can ask our self, why do the problem about “knowing our self” is very important in our life? There are seven reasons which are as the fundamental of that are as followed.
First, by knowing our self, include its weakness and the strength, we will love more our self intactly so we can create a love which it orients on an effort to esteeming others as our brother and sister. Second, by knowing our self, we will place our self in our relationship correctly. Third, someone who knows about her/his self better he or she will conduct a social interaction with the others, even their religion, culture background are differ. Fourth, by knowing our self, we are able to maximizing of our strength. Fifth, by knowing our self, we can measure how far of our capability and efforts on creating a happy live. Sixth, by knowing our self, we can detective and predicate all of possibilities which are going to happen in the future. Seventh, by knowing our self, we can miss of our self from a stigma which is state that we are an unable people or a foolish people on managing our self and our future.
Historically, our society have had been polarized by tribe, Religion, Race and Inter-Communities. But it does not means that those pluralisms lead us to create hostility to each others. In opposite of that, the polarization should be embroidered become a beautiful mesh and let it has a fascination to tightening our relationship with the other human being who are the same as God’s creating. Chatolic’s church itself knows and realized that they have believed that God attends in the church and in this world through the others religion by differencing ways, like:
a.God attends in the intimacy of sinners personally;
b.God attends in the federation of Christian people who believe in His name;
c.God also attends in a togetherness of groups which their belief are different;
d.God attends when His polite is proclaimed.
Even though God attends trough different ways for all human beings in this world but human beings it selves want to confine God in to their fanaticism space parochially which it is very narrow and unpopular right now. Frequently, social friction and collision happens caused of each of religion wants to claim that God is theirs. This is a fanatical ideology. According to them, the other religions are not suitable to girding a predicate as a God’s creature or God’s child. In this condition, we are as a human being should create a new believe that people who has their own religion are being called to participate seriously in all case of our living in this world.
World society (contemporary) is marked with the existence the spirit of individualism, materialism, liberalism and the others .It can plunge human beings in to the deep of ruination if those are not be attitude wisely. So, we have to design a togetherness vision which instructing for human beings to God,Who as Father of all nations in the world. Togetherness vision which bases on the reconciliation. Because, the reconciliation had become a luxury goods right now. So, I can say that the reconciliation is very expensive. It becomes expensive caused of some factors like; Heterogeneities of tribe, religion, race, political and faction; Appearing of the competition in all sectors of life. The society’ awareness to be able to start a dynamic integration is low; happening of security trouble in some areas; governmental policy is not democracy.
These factors are as a challenge which should be faced in the future. Nevertheless, we still have an optimism which it promises us an expectation. We still have an opportunity to settling the reconciliationof our religion’ live because of the existence of culture consanguinity, the existence of people group as a foundation who concerns, bother about the problem of people’s life who live in believe, the existence of local wisdom which still be involved by the society and the existence of elite figures and figures of religion who have a power.
Have been talked above that, one of causes of conflict is governmental policy (in realizing the low and various regulation) which do not answering about the realities of human beings’ life. The government, in the case of its politics consideration always does not care about society’ voice which are calling loudly about the inequitable practices which have been happened in all sector of our life. Even unilaterally, the government always publicizing their policy just in around of fringe of people’ life who live in believe without accommodates the undertow importance. That policy factually bothers of the humans’ reconciliation in the future.
We must feel small. Because that, the religion for modern people is same as with a lipstick which dazzling the other people to look into. Sense of religion is very deep. As the result of that the religion is shown as a ritual. The religion does not as a form of relationship between human beings and God as the Creator which must be shown by a good relationship with our world or society and the others even though they have different religion, tribe, race and faction with that of ours.
Actually that the religion is an institution and a ritual but religion is also as a form of individual relationship between human beings and God as an Exist Highest of confidence and safety which is expressed by special way in human being but it has rate spiritualities which can be justified believedly.
