1. Welfare of teachers and other educators

The welfare of teachers and other educators is proof that the quality of the education system in a country can be said to be good. However, this still cannot be achieved in Indonesia. Often we encounter news or cases about a teacher who does not get the welfare he should get, especially educators and honorary teachers, often what happens is that the pay is not appropriate or below standard. This is enough to prove that the quality of the education system in Indonesia has not quite met the standards because the welfare of teachers still cannot be guaranteed. A definite solution is to guarantee the welfare of teachers other than teachers who have been registered as private civil servants, but also honorary teachers who must get the welfare guarantees they deserve.

2. Quality of learning space and facilities

The quality of learning places and learning facilities must also be considered for the continuity of safe and comfortable teaching and learning activities. However, there are still many schools in Indonesia at the primary to secondary level that have quality places and facilities that are not up to standard. For example, damaged school buildings, learning facilities that are not up to standard and even schools that do not have complete learning facilities. In addition, the allocation of education funds given to schools must be properly monitored to avoid irresponsible individuals who may carry out corrupt practices so that the construction of school facilities is stalled because the funds needed are not as expected due to corrupt practices of school funds. Regulations on education funds that will be distributed to schools must be studied in more depth in order to minimize the occurrence of dirty practices that could occur due to weak law enforcement so that unscrupulous people can move freely.

3. Equitable education in all regions in Indonesia

Education equality in regional areas in Indonesia is still fairly minimal, especially in remote areas. There are so many children who have not been able to get the right to education that they should get because of the unevenness of existing education. Local governments should pay more attention to education in their regions, whether it is evenly distributed or not at all. If there are still many children in Indonesia who have not received the right to proper education, then the progress of the quality of human resources in Indonesia is only a dream. The central government and local governments are obliged to work together in eradicating this problem, by starting to conduct surveys to areas that have not received equitable education, starting planning the construction of proper education places, then realizing the planning that has been agreed upon. With the start of equitable education, the progress of education in Indonesia can be achieved as expected.

4. Improving the quality of teachers and educators

One of the most important aspects of improving education in Indonesia is improving the quality of teachers and educators. Competent and well-trained teachers play a key role in creating an effective and innovative learning environment. In addition, the importance of periodic training to improve the skills of prospective teachers and educators, access to technology and educational resources, and teacher welfare are key factors in improving the quality of education. By supporting educators, it is hoped that they will be able to provide relevant and up-to-date learning, which in turn will improve the quality of graduates and Indonesia's competitiveness at the global level.
