Navigating the Climate Crisis for a Sustainable Future from Global Warming

Since you click this, you might be searching, What is Global Warming? Global Warming is a phenomenon of increased temperature and climate. It is caused by a greenhouse effect, what is a greenhouse effect? The greenhouse effect is when the sun's energy reaches the Earth's atmosphere, some of which is reflected back to space, and the rest is absorbed by greenhouse gases, which warms the atmosphere and the surface of the Earth. What is the cause of the greenhouse effect? It was caused by burning fossil fuels, Deforestation, and Industrial Processes. 

Now the next question is what a burning Fossil Fuel, Deforestation, and Industrial Processes? Burning fossil fuels happens when coal, oil, and natural gas are burned causing energy to release large amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere. Deforestation is a process when trees are reduced which causes the planet's capacity for absorbing the CO2 through photosynthesis to decrease.  While Industrial Processes are manufacturing processes and activities that release greenhouse gases. Now the next question is, what are the effects/consequences? The consequence is rising temperatures, melting ice, extreme weather events, and ocean acidification. What are they? Rising Average is global temperatures that have been increasing, leading to various climate changes. Melting ice and rising sea levels are when Warming temperatures cause glaciers and polar ice caps to melt, which slowly increases the sea level. Extreme weather events are when extreme weather often appears more than normally does for example hurricanes, droughts, floods, and heatwaves. 

Ocean acidification is when CO2 is absorbed by the oceans, which can harm marine life. What is the evidence? Here are a few evidence of the temperature records, melting Ice, and sea level rise. The temperature records show a clear upward temperature and climate over the past century. The Ice is melting after observations of shrinking glaciers and polar ice caps due to the increased temperature. 

Satellite measurements also confirmed the global rise in sea levels. How can we help or what is the solution for our planet and ecosystem? There are a few solutions like renewable energy, reforestation, reuse waste, and adaptation strategies. We could try and use renewable energy sources like solar and wind to reduce the usage of fossil fuels. 

After cutting trees, we should also plant trees to absorb CO2 from the atmosphere.  building infrastructure and policies to adapt to the impacts of climate change/global warming. We should also reuse the waste to make it have more function and uses, we could also recycle the waste, rather than throwing our waste into the ocean, since it can be harmful to the ecosystem. We should also be careful and shouldn't burn trees since it is important for our daily life and our planet. We can also reduce the usage of vehicles such as cars, buses, and motorcycles, and start often walking or using our bicycles. We should also take what we need rather than acting greedy and grab anything that we want, remember God created this planet only to fulfill our needs and to take care of this planet.
