What is stamina?

The term "stamina" refers to a person's endurance or resistance to fatigue over a period of time. Stamina in physical fitness is the body's ability to perform the same activity or exercise without significant loss of stamina.

Stamina can mean many things, such as sports, physical activities, or daily activities. For example, an athlete needs good stamina in order to participate in matches or strenuous training without tiring too much. In addition, someone who exercises daily, such as running or cycling, also needs good stamina to maintain their endurance.

Here are a few examples of exercises that can increase stamina:

Cardiovascular exercise:
