We might think or even believe that all problems we encounter in life are set up to be our destiny, which could not be changed at all; or those are our fates that we have to accept without questioning them. As a result, we may feel those problems as ‘curses’ and that our life might turn into 'jail' (forever?) in which we feel like there are no restful and tranquil places to live in anymore.
