John bin Zacharias
Tri Budhi Sastrio

Every year when the days are near Christmas
The believers focus their memory not only to
The Lord but also to the greatest man born
From the womb of woman, because this man
With his voice louder than a loudest thunder
Proclaims the most famous proclamation of
The Lord of Salvation, of Lord of Redemption.

The voice of one crying in the waste land,
Make ready the way of the Lord, make His
Roads straight and every valley will be lifted up,
And all the mountains and hills made low,
And the twisted will be made straight,
And the rough ways smooth; that is the news.

And he came into all the country round about
Jordan, preaching baptism as a sign of forgiveness
Of sin for those whose hearts were changed.
As it says in the book of the words of Isaiah
Prophet, and all flesh will see the salvation of God.

Looking back to the history written by the writer
Now in the fifteenth year of the rule of Tiberius
Caesar, Pontius Pilate being ruler of Judaea,
And Herod being king of Galilee, his brother
Philip king of the country of Ituraea and
Trachonitis, and Lysanias king of Abilene,
When Annas and Caiaphas were high priests,
The word of the Lord came to John,
The son of Zacharias, in the waste land,
To tell all people that Salvation is coming.

That is the pre-story of the loudest voices
In the waste land, from the man to the Lord,
From the man to the people around the world,
To repent and then rejoice because the places
Are ready for all to join the party of eternity.

When the title is introduced to AIPG, the following poem steps forward:

In days of old, when tales were told
And legends lived and breathed,
There was a man, a wondrous soul
Whose name was John bin Zacharias, whole.

His life was filled with adventure and quest,
He journeyed far and wide,
Seeking knowledge and wisdom, he was blessed
With a heart that was pure and bright.

He braved the raging seas and skies,
And battled beasts of might,
His courage and conviction, never dies
In the face of adversity's bite.

His spirit soared on eagle's wings,
And his heart was filled with song,
For John bin Zacharias was a king
Of a realm where dreams belong.

His tale is told and retold,
In whispers and in rhyme,
For his legend lives on, forever bold
In the hearts of those who find.

When the following terms such as 'Christmas, Pontius Pilate, Zachary, Galilee, and the Lord', are added, the following poem emerges.

In Galilee, where the Lord did stride,
A man named John bin Zacharias did reside,
His life a tale of faith and grace,
A beacon of hope in a world of space.

Christmas came, and the world did hear,
The angels sing of joy and cheer,
The birth of Jesus, a child so meek,
A gift to all, a blessing to seek.

Pontius Pilate, a man of power,
Sought to silence the Lord's hour,
But Zachary, a just and true man,
Did stand by faith, and the Lord did stand.

In Galilee, the Lord did teach,
And many followed, a new reach,
Of love and kindness, a path to tread,
And Zachary's heart was filled with dread.

The Lord, a shining light of hope,
Did bring us salvation, a rope,
To climb the mountain, to reach the sky,
And Zachary's spirit did fly high.

So let us remember, this Christmas day,
The gift of love, that the Lord did bring,
And let us follow, in Zachary's way,
To spread love, and end each day with a sing.
