Apa Itu Voice-Over Talent?

Istilah voice over mungkin belum terlalu familiar bagi kita di Indonesia. Menurut Wiktionary, voice over adalah:

1. A TV broadcast etc., in which pictures are accompanied by the voice of an unseen actor or reporter.
2. The audio track of such a broadcast.
