As part of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), SMPN 52 Jakarta introduced the theme of "Entrepreneurship" for their 7th-grade students. This program is designed to enhance the students’ entrepreneurial skills through real-world experiences, giving them a taste of what it’s like to run a small business.

One of the highlights of this initiative was a food and drink bazaar, where each class got the chance to create and sell their own culinary creations.

The excitement was palpable as the 7th graders took their places behind their beautifully decorated stalls, ready to show off their unique food and drink offerings. Each class brought something special to the table, displaying creativity, teamwork, and a flair for presentation.

Class 7A, for example, wowed their visitors with crispy fried tofu "Tahu Goreng" and its spicy variant "Tahu Gejrot", a spicy and tangy tofu dish. Paired with a cool, refreshing lemon tea, it was the perfect combination to draw in hungry customers.

Class 7B took a different route, focusing on local flavors with their "Ubi Kopong", a hollowed fried cassava dish, and sweet potato smoothies. The rich, earthy flavors offered a healthy alternative while still being delicious.

Not to be outdone, class 7C added a sweet touch to the bazaar with their banana and chocolate concoctions. Their Banana Choco snack called "Piscok" and chocolate-banana drink  quickly became crowd favorites, especially among the students with a sweet tooth.

Class 7D decided to get creative with corn, offering a unique corn-based drink and fresh homemade popcorn, which attracted quite a few curious customers.

Meanwhile, class 7E embraced a coconut theme, presenting coconut balls, a refreshing coconut-orange drink, and a silky coconut pudding that left many visitors craving more.

Finally, class 7F showed off their versatility with potato-based snacks, including Potato Corndogs and Potato Chococheese, a sweet and savory dish that intrigued many. Their mango jelly and chocolate drinks were the perfect way to cool down after sampling the bazaar’s various treats.
