Teachers play a strategic role as facilitators, mediators, and protectors in creating a safe, inclusive, and tolerant learning environment. Strategies implemented include identifying the causes of bullying, educating regular students about diversity, imposing strict sanctions on bullies, and providing psychological counseling services for victims. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review to explore various practices supporting inclusive education. The findings reveal that teachers' active role in fostering a bullying-free environment not only enhances the mental well-being of students with disabilities but also builds a welcoming and inclusive school culture. Inclusive education offers significant benefits, both for regular students in developing empathy and social attitudes and for students with special needs in improving self-confidence and social skills.
