A panic attack is a mental illness in which there is a sudden onset of excessive fear or anxiety for no apparent reason. This condition usually lasts for a few minutes or even a few hours. Common symptoms of panic attacks are : shortness of breath and shortness of breath, dizziness, blurred vision, and fast heart palpitations, sweating and body shaking. Panic attacks can happen anytime—during activity or at rest. They will feel anxious, afraid, and uncalm. Panic disorder can occur in unexpected circumstances, for example, while watching TV or even while driving a vehicle. Panic disorder sometimes comes on suddenly without a reason or comes with a specific reason, like loud crash sound or something else.Â
