The historic role of personnel has quickly grown into an ever changing management responsibility encompassing a host of strategic human resource management areas.
Course Requirements:
In order to be authorized to use the CHRA® credential, you must meet the experience, education, competency measures, ethics and examination requirements set forth by the AAPM and enforced by the approved provider and instructor.
Pre-Requisite:
A minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of Human Resource Management or minimum of 1 year work experience in the field of Human Resource Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or related Business Degree from a reputable, accredited, Higher Learning Educational College or University, or a Higher Diploma in HR are generally set forth as foundational pre-requisites to enter the course and examination.Â
