Surabaya Teaching Program aims to improve the quality of education through student participation as young teachers. This research explores the contribution of university students in strengthening learning at SMPN 25 Surabaya, using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis over the past two months. The results showed that students made significant contributions in several aspects such as the development of interactive teaching materials, the utilization of technology for students, increasing students' learning motivation, and creating a more intimate learning atmosphere. They also bring technology-based learning innovations, act as facilitators, and encourage students' critical thinking. Despite challenges such as time constraints and differences in learning culture, this program has proven its effectiveness in improving the quality of education. This research recommends the development of similar programs with better training support for students to face challenges in the field. Student contributions are proven to strengthen learning and contribute to the achievement of national education goals.
