When all effort has been tried but seems do not work, so the last thing to do is to arouse the sence of humanity (conscience) those who are given the mandate to enforce the law. Anand Krishna's hunger strike has entered day 33, an effort to arouse conscience of humanity which is full of risks, because each moment Anand Krishna's life might be in danger.
O... Justice how difficult you are to get for those who do not own money or those who do not use money to get you. O... justice are really blind so you do not hear the voice of humanity? In a low voice it answers "No .... do not blame me for that. It is not me that can not be upheld. But the men behind me ( legal apparatus ) who are no longer trustworthy in carrying out its functions, interpret the law according to the requirements, in accordance with the orders. Who has the most price of bargain, then surely the decision will be upheld for him".
Anand Krishna is still arousing the legal apparatus conscience, 33 days without eating Anand Krishna continues his effort to get justice as his right. Arousing conscience with love, arousing humanity with love. But those legal apparatus seem to be indifferent, they ignore their sense of humanity. They ignore the vibration of love.
It may be true as a friend of mine, Ahmad Yulden Erwin ( a poet and an activist) said that "crawling creatures such as legal mafia and the corruptors only understand 2 languages; money or being stoned with bloody murder so they will run for life. " But Anand Krishna believes in humanitarian values more, to compassion and still continue to arouse conscience with love even though his life might be in danger at any time.

For activists which speaks of change and unity will always get threats to be killed, but direcly kill Anand Krishna in a formal way would be shaking, there will be tremendous furor, and perhaps precisely such frontal ways that would trigger the awakening of consciousness of Indonesian people. Therefore they use other way which is very classic yet quite effective that is through allegation of sexual harassment.
Sexual harassment is an effective way to silence someone, because the purpose is a character assassination whether the abuse occur or not. It is also an alternative to block up support from sympathizers or friends which have the same vision.
Do you still remember the case of Anwar Ibrahim a former Malaysian vice prime minister which was also charged on the sexual harrasment?Although finnaly it was not proven but Anwar Ibrahim got pressure from many people, it was a character assassination for Anwar Ibrahim. His friends took distance from him and people around the world said bad thing about him though they did not know exacly about the case. It is a cruel way to kill someone with the most brutal way is to slander with accusations of sexual harassment.
And that is what is happening to Anand Krishna for his courage to continue calling for the unity of Indonesia. If more people are awakened to the values of independent nationalism so the spirit of nationalism can rise. Therefore many people who enjoy comfort at this time will be eliminated and will not get any place, they will lost all the comfort they are enjoying now. They do not want that moment happen, they are unable to accept it (reform which means a change), then the only way to do is silence all people who work for the change and reform so that they may enjoy the convenience much longer. But Anand Krishna has chosen his way. He will never silence himself, He will keep on struggling for NeW Indonesia to come until his last breath. He will continue struggling for:

New Indonesia should be developed and built by the sons and daughters of Indonesia, designed and built by the people of Indonesia itself with consciousness "Indonesian-ness", it is not based on ideology, culture and other imported materials. If there is to be taken from abroad then it is not more than a complement, as an accessories. Realizing the unity of differences occur to cultivate the spirit of mutual cooperation, so that Indonesian people can continue to call loudly and confidently for: "Unity in Diversity, appear as many but essentially one. Tan Hana Dharma Mangrwa, there is no duality in terms of undertaking dharma. DHARMA to the country, DHARMA as human, DHARMA to the humanity and DHARMA to the whole life.
DHARMA can be interpreted as guidance to behave, that are not imported from other parts of the country. It is not the behavior guidance from Arab, china, or from America ... ... NO!. But guidance which is come from our own culture. the noble Culture that delivers this slogan "appear as many but essensially one".
Mr. Anand, I'm sure the spirit and your effort will inspire sons and daughters of Indonesia for the upright stand to defend their nationality, to defend humanity. I believe that, I deliver my respect for you. Thank you for your teaching which will be remembered and learnt by Indonesian people in the future.
