Freedom of religion in Islam is an important thing and should be studied by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH in the Qur'an and Sunnah, because if there is no such study, there will be many problems in people's daily lives. In the absence of clear rules, it will certainly disrupt the order of people's lives in religion, especially with the freedom of religion, it will increasingly require these rules and explanations. then, what are the freedoms in religion in Islam? The freedom has been written in the Qur'an in surah Al-imran verse 64 which means "let's hold on to a sentence that there is no dispute between us and you" in this verse has been interpreted that Islam is a religion that understands the religious freedom of each individual to freely choose or imitate his own religion. slam is also a religion that holds fast to religious tolerance and also appreciates pluralism in religious life. This explains that Islam is a religion that recognises and respects the freedom of religion that has been explained in the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad.
