In a small town surrounded by mountains, there was a small workshop called MR WinG. The workshop was well-known among the locals for its fast and reliable service. However, this story is not about ordinary service. This story is about two customers who had an unforgettable experience at MR WinG.

On that sunny day, two customers named Rizal and Dian arrived. They came to MR WinG with issues with their phones. Rizal had a loose phone, while Dian was looking for a spare part for her damaged phone.

They entered the modest yet tidy workshop and were greeted by an experienced mechanic named Arif.

"Welcome to MR WinG! How can I assist you?" Arif greeted warmly.

Rizal nodded, "My phone is loose. Can you fix it?"

Arif smiled, "Of course, let me check first."

Meanwhile, Dian approached Arif, "Excuse me, do you have a spare part for my damaged phone?"

Arif looked at Dian attentively, "Let me inquire first."

The two customers patiently waited while sitting in the comfortable waiting area. After a while, Arif returned with a smile on his face.

"For Rizal's phone, the issue is just a loose part. We will fix it right away. As for Dian, unfortunately, we don't have a suitable spare part at the moment," Arif explained.

Rizal and Dian exchanged glances, then nodded in agreement.

"How much will it cost?" Rizal asked.

Arif smiled, "Only 100 thousand rupiahs, including installation."

Dian nodded, "Alright, I'll wait here."

Rizal and Dian handed their phones to Arif and sat back in the waiting area. They looked around the workshop while enjoying the drinks provided by MR WinG.

Shortly after, Arif returned with Rizal's phone, which had been successfully repaired. Rizal was delighted to see his phone back to normal.

"Thank you so much!" Rizal said with a bright smile.

Arif nodded, "Glad to help."

Then, Arif approached Dian, who was still sitting in the waiting area.

"I apologize, but we haven't found a suitable spare part for your phone yet. However, we will continue to search for it and contact you as soon as possible," Arif said kindly.

Dian smiled, "Thank you for your efforts. I'll wait for your update."

After expressing their gratitude, Rizal and Dian left MR WinG with a sense of satisfaction. Although Dian's phone issue hadn't been resolved yet, they were pleased with the service and trust provided by MR WinG. They knew that the small workshop would do its best to help them, no matter what happens.
