What I See From High Schoolers

What special from final class is they are fast understanding and creative in forming it. You don't need more energy in doing so. You just need a more valuable teaching so they are ready to live a hard live, not just any understanding or scores, but sacrifice, moving on from bitterness, failures and accepting it, inventing their living style without being an atheist, be humble without being inferior, be confident without  humiliating weak people and so on. They are more like peers instead of students.

Middle class is fruitful because of their half identity. Sometimes they hesitate a lot. However when you can invite them, they can leave the old tale of nervousness, blankness or something alike. They can be a fury when they are ready to compete.

Finally, nothing is just never special about beginner. They can be passive like stone. But you will need extra energy when they are wandering, they are curious of any single thing we missed. You will always be stunned with how rich their pure spirit is. Instead you teach them, actually they who make us learn something more alive about life is. Not just living a life.

Teaching is understanding and loving, not about a place you work at. Someone can be embedded to nowhere, but when someone has that love to invite others to be well understood, s\he is surely a teacher.
