Abstract: Bullying is a common problem that continues to arise in society. Bullying behavior can have a fatal impact on the victim's physical or psychological condition. From year to year, bullying cases have received a lot of attention from several parties, especially the government, educational institutions and community organizations. Therefore, the relevance of the role of public policy analysis in bullying cases is very important. Several policies must be enforced to follow up on the many cases of bullying that occur, in order to create a safer and more comfortable environment for all in society. All levels of society should increase their sensitivity by participating in preventing bullying, whether it is done to themselves or others around them. This research is intended as a form of research in implementing reporting procedures for bullying cases. With the hope, we can find a solution to reduce the number of bullying cases, and produce an area that tends to be safer. This research uses the literature study method. This research method was carried out by analyzing scientific journals, books and documents related to bullying cases. As a result, procedures for public complaints regarding bullying cases can be found through public policy analysis.
