The movie was started with Molly see her parents is neutralized by Men in Black (MiB) agent after they ask Molly's parents about aliens. The tool was used for neutralized Molly's parents is Neuralyzer. Neuralyzer is an electro bio-mechanical neural transmitting zero synapse repositioner, which is useful for delete the short memory about what they see, hear and feel. Twenty-three years later, Molly was registering herself for FBI and CIA, but she rejected because she was fantasizing about the alien. But after that, she was found the alien's landing track and she was found the MiB Headquarters in New York. Molly was caught as a foreigner after she tries to enter the MiB Headquarters in New York and she was interrogated. Shortly she can make the interrogator (Agent O) impressed and she was accepted in MiB as "Agent M".
