Semarang, - The current pandemic period is troubling for Indonesians and citizens of the world. The corona virus pandemic or Covid-19 has taught many things. Starting from how to wash hands properly to the application of health protocols.

Many people were affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic and were exposed to this Covid-19. According to the latest data in Indonesia, the number of people who are positive for Covid-19 is around 917 thousand people and for the world itself from several countries there are around 95.5 million people who have been exposed to Covid-19 to date.

This makes this pandemic a very big scourge for the country's economic sector and its citizens, because from this pandemic many people are affected by layoffs or commonly called layoffs from their companies, especially the private sector, bankrupt entrepreneurs or from other sectors.

Therefore, the role of youth and millennials is very important in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, such as providing information about job opportunities, opening small businesses and especially in providing information and education to the people around them. The reason is, today's youth really understand technology and information. If it can be said that millennials are very information literate, they are also critical, so in this pandemic, millennials must be the motor of change or the driving force of change, in the sense that they re-inform what they know, of course correct information, and not only in the scope of the state, city and region but also in small matters such as schools and campuses.

An example of the Role of Millennials on campus is that many students are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, from them they cannot pay UKT (Single Tuition Fee), pay for their boarding houses, and sometimes it is also difficult to eat food. This is possible in all universities in Indonesia regarding the problem of expensive UKT and the absence of transparency for where the UKT itself goes. This restlessness is what makes students have a different perspective or mindset with the bureaucracy, like where is the money? are they corrupt? or how? There are so many questions that arise from this restlessness.

From this restlessness, the role of Millennials is very important to keep guarding issues that never end such as UKT that does not go down or there is no deduction in a situation like this which makes parents of students have to rack their brains how to get money from a situation like this who is looking for money is difficult.

This should be able to awaken the role of Millennials or Students if in a situation like this with anxiety, such as if students or MIlenilals do not care, it can cause economic destruction in the families of students who have to force to get money in this kind of situation in the hope that their children can become someone who is successful in the future. .

From here, friends, let your friends awaken your feelings of care about small to big issues on campus and in the country, because our role is expected by citizens, families and other people so that we can make our economy better. .
