Will Eating Salad Everyday Be Enough For A Diet Program?

 Salad is full of fiber because it consists of various types of vegetables and fruits. Most of us resort to a salad as the main food in the diet program. If your salad is made up of only a vegetable, it certainly lacks the nutrition the body needs. In my view, you can't eat a huge quantity of salad assuming that it will help you lose weight, you must halt to thinking like that and think about calories needed by the body.
