Maybe the title of the comedy movie is more popular to describe thing related to the 'difficult' boss. No matter what kind of companies, there is always one most horrible boss in those. Sometimes, this could be one big problem for the employee working for a horrible boss since the boss will keep pushing them to work beyond their limits (isn't that good or not?), set up complicated rules, high demands which (sometimes) could leave some serious emotional scars and make our work life feel miserable. But, the work environment without a horrible boss is just like a television series without conflict, as flat as a board.
