♥ Sarah Brightman. From her Phantom days til today, she's on the top of my list. A polyglot singer, songwriter, stage actress and dancer, people call her the perfect crossover soprano. One day I must-must-must watch her live.

♥ Sarah McLachlan. Can you believe that she once dreamed of
being a rockstar? I'm glad she isn't one. One of the founders of Lilith Fair, I found myself bedazzled by her lyrics and simple yet moving music. From Fumbling Towards Ecstasy to B-Side, I hold my breath. I also often make writings based on her songs. :)

♥ Vienna Teng. I'm always fond of chamber music, and she's good. Good like good. Yeah. And the lyrics, oh Lord. Take, for example, Eric's Song, Between and Enough to Go By. They kill you, in a good way. What a way to die.

♥ Sara Bareilles. Two Sarah, and the third is Sara. I see a pattern here. *laugh* I was surprised to know that she's a friend of Marron 5 from their Kara's Flowers days. In 2007, she's the opening artist for Paolo Nutini (another artist I like), Aqualung, James Blunt and... Maroon 5. Oh well. Talent recognizes talent, so Sherlock said.

♥ Sakamoto Maaya. From Platina to Ao no Ether, from Cloud #9 to Okitegami, just trust Maaya-tan. She's worked with Gabriela Robin, Kanno Yoko and Steve Conte. she's the seiyuu of Ouran Koukou's Haruhi, Star Wars' Padme Amidala (Japan release--imagine how thrilled I was), Kuroshitsuji's Ciel Phantomhive and FF VII Advent Children's Aerith Gainsborough. Yep, she's just that talented. One more thing: she likes Maroon 5. :D

♥ Berlian Hutauruk. 'Nuff said. She could do from opera to pop, from religious ballads to roman picisan. I haven't seen anyone like her ever again. Not even DI3VA. Bleargh.
