Porang as Future Staple Food, Is It Possible?

In the beginning of our systematic review journey, we were presented with the topic of "Porang (glucomannan) for food security". Understanding the global challenges surrounding food scarcity and the pressing need for sustainable food sources, our primary aim was to delve into the potential of porang as a glucomannan source and its role in addressing food security concerns.
