PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta encourages added value around the station area by building transit-oriented development (TOD) areas. The investment value of the Jakarta MRT TOD project was recorded at 1.5 trillion throughout 2022. Head of the Jakarta MRT TOD Planning & Development Department, Sagita Devi, explained that there were 15 infrastructure projects in the TOD area that were worked on last year. Consists of 4 infrastructures that are already operational and 11 infrastructures whose construction is still continuing this year.
