Nowadays, technological developments have developed quite quickly. Generation Z, which is a group that is very dependent on technology, is often called a tempeh mentality. The reason behind this stereotype is because generation Z is a generation that is difficult to manage, because they have the concept of freedom to choose their path in life. The freedom that generation Z has is often too much unnecessary diverse thinking. This can hinder unity and unity efforts, especially in work and organizations. Then Generation Z's tendency to only pursue personal happiness rather than a decent job is behind the high resignation rate. They have financial challenges because of that. Not only that, they prefer to spend money on experiences rather than long-term investments, generation Z can face financial challenges when faced with immediate or future needs. These things cause a chain reaction which will also have an impact on mental health.
