1. Min. Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Building Construction, specialty in Structural or Architecture drawing(not mechanical);
2. Alternatively students who are pursuing bachelor for Architecture / Civil Engineering;
3. Min. 5 years working experience in international company or in international design and consultancy firm;
4. Familiar with the Software such as AutoCAD;
5. Experience with Autodesk Revit is preferred;
6. Able to work in a team;
7. Fluent in English, both oral and written, is a plus;
8. Computer literate;
9. Good health condition;
10. Available for immediate employment.
