She travels alone through Europe, making new friends and doing new things as she drinks, tears, and laughs her way to inner joy, independence, and peace. That is exactly what a solitary vacation can do to you, but not always in that order. Above all, a solo vacation will teach you a lot about yourself. Taking a single trip, on the other hand, is easier said than done, especially the first time.
