"And I Feel Ashamed"

In 2017,  after I got my first certification fund, I continue my master degree  study at UPH as a new student. I choose UPH because the schedule is on  Saturday, and I want force myself to sharpen my English ability, though  UPH is Christian University and I am being minority at it. When it  announced that I pass the enrollment test I apply my study permit letter  immediately. I ask one of administration staff in my school to help me.  All the requirements I submitted to Education Department in my city.  Just wait and see, my friend said, the letter will deliver to me later.
