How is Honey Made?

Nectar is used by honeybees to manufacture honey. Nearly 80% of nectar is made up of water and some complex sugars. Nectar is a clear liquid that may be found in blossoming flowers; if you've ever gotten honey from a blooming flower's stalk, you'll know what I'm talking about.
