Improving the quality of the education budget is very important to ensure appropriate and optimal allocation of funds to support improving the quality of education. The research methodology includes descriptive analysis with quantitative and qualitative approaches, using secondary data from education financial reports, government budgets, as well as interviews with education experts and budget managers. The research results show that more transparent, participatory and performance-based budget planning can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of education funds. Apart from that, strict monitoring and evaluation as well as increasing human resource capacity in budget management are also key factors in improving the quality of education budgets. This research provides recommendations to the government and stakeholders to implement budget policies that are more accountable and results-oriented in order to achieve the goal of quality and equitable education.
