Assistance for Improving the Quality of Knowledge of Elementary School Students through Tutoring in Bedali Hamlet

The KKN Team at Malang State University MBKM Building Odd Semester 2022 Villages Dalisodo Village raised a supporting work program, namely free tutoring involving the children of Dalisodo Village, especially Bedali Hamlet. Tutoring, which is assisted by several UM KKN students, is held from September to November. The enthusiasm of the village children in learning is evident from their presence every day at 16.00 and 18.00 WIB (after maghrib) until it is finished. Two tutoring sessions were held to adjust the children's activities.

There are many subjects that children are interested in studying together at the posko, such as Javanese, Mathematics, Science/IPS, English, Indonesian, and Religion. The person in charge of this tutoring activity is all Dalisodo Village KKN UM students. The average age of those who come for tutoring is between the ages of 10 and 11, or to be exact grades 4 and grade 5 of SD. It is hoped that useful activities like this can increase the knowledge of village children from an academic point of view. In addition to the success of the KKN student work program, it also has a positive impact that benefits the children of villagers at the elementary school level until the end of the activity on December 16, 2022.
