The activity starts at 06.30 to 07.30, morning exercise is useful for maintaining the body's metabolism to avoid disease and maintaining physical and spiritual freshness. With the implementation of these routine activities, it is expected to be able to maintain the condition of the body of all residents of the Kemasan District to stay fit and fit and be able to carry out work activities optimally. In addition to obtaining physical fitness, gymnastics activities are also used as a means of making friendship between several levels of society.
On that Sunday, the community gathered at the District Hall to carry out cheerful gymnastics. This morning's gymnastics activity was not only attended by the surrounding community but also by BABINSA of the Kemasan District. This cheerful exercise was instructed directly by one of the students of the State University of Malang (UM) KKN (Real Work Course) who came from the Department of Sports Science.Â
Modern music accompaniment and cool movements that are easy to follow make the morning gymnastics participants fun in participating in cheerful gymnastics activities. The community seemed enthusiastic about doing cheerful gymnastics from beginning to end. This cheerful gymnastics activity received a positive response from the community. Incidentally, this cheerful gymnastics activity will also become a routine work program every week by KKN Students (Real Work Course) State University of Malang (UM) until the end of KKN in Kemasan District.
