Indonesian-English Translation (Definition of Morphology)

In the field of Linguistics or language study, morphology is a study about the types and the form of words (Chaer, 2015, pg. 3). On the other hand, according to Ramlan (2019, pg. 29) morphology is a part of language study that studies about the word detail dan the effect of changes in word forms on groups and word meaning

In other words, it can be said that morphology is a field that studies about word details and function changes, both in grammatical functions or word meaning based on the context, as well as semantic function or word meaning according to dictionary/lexical meaning
