Hallo Mas Bro dan Mbak Bro.

Have you try to talk in english a day?

English is hard. I do not need to speak english. Two reason that I do always hear. Why a lot of friends do not like to learn english. If in the school english is not a mandatory subjects. They will not take it. I do always try to reassure them but I do rejected. We must realize there are no something amazing to learn english. There are only simple thing. Let us se.

1. Find Your Love
   I like to talk in english because I love it. I saw foreigner first time when I was in elementary school. There was a man asking in english to an Indonesian. That was something amazing for me. Like man in the first time see alien directly. “I come in peace”. You just see them in movie. I think the Indonesian wil be stutter. But he can answred with smile in his face. Since that, I make a deal with my self, “I have to leran english”.
   You my friend, Mas Bro and Mbak Bro. All of us need “something” to push for learning english. Europe has Uni Europe with euro. Now ASEAN will have MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean) for free market. Foreigner can be free to come and go. Of course, we must be fluent international language. So we can compete.

   “Everybody need reason to do something. So find yours.”

2. Practice Your Mind and Mouth
   Body will follow what our mind command. When brain has become lazy, the end. This is the big dan real enemy. Afraid is just impingement.
   In relaxed condition mind can be free to fatasize, so do mouth. Right? Use that condition to practice english. Just think and talk what ever you want. Do not think how to make you cool. It does not important. After practice and practice than can to speak english. At the time you has become cool person.
   Another has same mindset too. How to be can speak english in fast way. It is worng target. The practice will be kill you. English practice will be a pressure. Just enjoy the practice and follow the flow. At the time you will shock. You can speak english unconscious.
   Foreigner has idiom, [1]“cat got your tangue” and “tongue tied”. How we can speak english if we do not talk. Use english as often as possible do not be afraid or shy. But if you do, practice in solitude. Somebody practice with mind but actually mouth need to be learn. English has unique pronounciation. It is good to speak and heard. Most people do not have partner to practice. I have my own recipe. Watch movie without subtitle and listen english song than writedown the lyric.
3. Begin Big Plan With Small Step
   Proficient in english is a big plan. Try to talk what did we learn is small step.

   “Practice is useless without action.”

   For small step, use 5 word asking and answer.
   You      : Hey, my friend. How are you?
   Friend  : Hey you, I am fine and you?
   You      : I am fine too. How about your parents?
   Friend  : Oh, they are good. Thanks for asking.
   You      : Your welcome. What is your plan today?
   Friend  : Hmm, nothing. I just wanna enjoy my weekend.
   You      : Oh good. Do you mind to play PES with me?
   Friend  : Oh great. Of course I do not. I like it.
   You      : Wow, so let us go
   Friend  : After you.
   I have read an article. Do something in 7 times over and over, you get it. After you do that conversation in 7 time. It tim for action.
4. Brave For Proving
   I have met strange people in all of my life. Afraid for something they do not know. Example, afraid to talk in front of public, shy to be heard absurd. They just heard bad brain said, “how if I fail?”, “how if I blank?”, and “how if I ...”. But they never try to do and prove that. How can we know something if never try and learn. That is why scientists do trial for mouse and monkey. To prove what they do not know.
   Never try complicate sentences for beginning. Do it if you can. Recomennded advise is use simple sentences for beginning. Maybe english value at school or TOEFL give you confidence about your good english. It is nothing if you can not communicate it.
5. Shy is Fair For Beginner
   People will forgive us with “eh”, “em”, and “what I mean ... eh”. Grammar is not enemy. As long as they understand what do we mean. Problem solved. But do not use that three word everytime. To much with that is proving that your practice is needs to be improved. As simple as that.
   [2]“No guts no glory.” After we have realize that shy is okay. So what do you waiting for.
6. Spend Your 10.000 hours
   Have you heard that words?
   Bill Gates spend his 10.000 hours to finish microsoft. Foreigner spen their 10.000 hours to talk in english. So we just need our 10.000 hours to talk in english. What ever your ways. By watching movie, listen song, english chatting, or online speaking. Have a community that support your english improment is better.  “I know what they mean just I do not know how to talk and respon”. No more something like that.
   At the end, spend your practice in 10.000 hours.
   

   “Everyone can be speaker but not everyone can be doer.“
