This thing start from a story from a friend. He said the in his office before. They can count how many employee can speak english. Until they made a new rule, every Friday all of people must use english. At the first time every people start with silent. Office change to be an grave. Talk to people is horror. All of them afraid to be an object for laughing.
This situation can not be like this continuesly. Some of them made decission. It did not take so long until one by one tryed.
“Eh, I want ... eh to copy this”, with pointing to some paper in his hand.

Hmm, another step forward.
In one Friday many employee bring book everywhere. They need that to make some conversation. They start to writedown everything that they will talk. For short time it was work.
