Ahlaq is a common and repeated teachings taught within the Holy Quran. Therefore, it can be said that learning and achieving good Ahlak is important in the Islamic life. It is important to have good Ahlaq because it is one of the main parts of being a good Muslim, there are many ways to achieve being a good Muslim as written in the Holy Quran. Muslims believes that the Holy Quran is the literal word from God which means that it is God guidance for Muslim on how to properly behave in the real world, God guidance that are written in the Holy Quran must be followed by Muslims because it is a form of Tawhid that will bring humans closer to God.
      In the 21st century, we can see many events that was caused because of the failure to recall about having a good Ahlaq within Islamic states governance that can still be seen happening today in the present day. This is concerning because it has resulted in a significant shift both politically and socially within the Islamic states, this has been getting worse because it pointed towards a path that are sinful and even full of bloodshed that are not necessary and could be avoided.
      One of the ways to achieve being a good Muslim that Ahlaq aims for comes from the form of Sadaqah, Sadaqah is a moral teaching in Islam that teaches about helping others in need regardless of their beliefs. We can see some countries that hasn't fully commit in helping others in need at Palestine with few humanitarian aids or even border problems that are hindered due to conflict of national interest, this is concerning because the people in Palestine are desperate for help and human life should be prioritized first by everyone especially when they are neighbors with Palestine.
      Ahlaq is not only about giving people in needs a help but believing in Ahlaq also means that having compassion to other people, having a compassion is one of the ways to achieve being a Muslim with good morals. If every Muslim in an Islamic states still follows the path in achieving good Ahlaq, Muslim in the government will try their fullest to help anyone especially other Muslim in any matter. The killing of Palestinian citizens is one of the most outrages events that has been happening in the year 2023, many fellow Muslim countries in the area hasn't been helping much for the Palestinian people.
      It is important to note that the argument that was raised on this writing does not only apply to countries with one specific religion but this argument can be targeted towards the government according to their own religion as a fellow human themselves, every major religion in the world strongly prohibits murder and discourage killings of another human being. The United nation Charter themselves promotes the right to life and the prohibition of force to another human or a state, there are a lot of form on which life has prohibit anyone from killing each other but it seems that these applied rules aren't respected or followed as they should be.
      One of the most common forms of good Ahlaq that is easily broken and forgotten is honesty, staying true to oneself, anyone and God is an act of honesty that is also taught in Islam to achieve a morally good Islamic character.
Indonesia is the country with the biggest Muslim population in the world, Muslim people in Indonesia can be found in almost every part of the country. Islam is not the only religion that exist within Indonesia but it acts as the dominant religion in the country, every major religion in the world also existed in Indonesia with the state ideology binding every community to find unity within diversity. Indonesia uses a state ideology called "Pancasila" that states about the importance of believing in a god as can be seen from the first principle, this means that every Indonesian citizen must have a religion that believes in a God. It can be seen that Indonesian citizen is a religious society and it was also mentioned that Indonesia believes in faith highly amongst the society, almost everyone in Indonesia is religious including people that works as the government. But Indonesia faces corruption as one of the biggest obstacles in the country's challenges, corruption that are caused by individuals are not only unlawful but also sinful. The widespread of corruption can be seen on anyone starting from individuals and up to people with authority, this has caused the Indonesian nation a loss of progress in trying to achieve a developed status of the country. The corruption done by people who have authority are causing losses to the people in need, this act could get worse when the people in need are in an urgent condition that needs help because it could lead to an unnecessary loss of live.
      Every major religion in the world have written on their records that they are against dishonesty and greed, therefore everyone who believes on those religion must not forget about their religious teachings. It is important for Muslim to achieve good Ahlaq because it can bring various positive effect anywhere in the world, having a good Ahlaq for Muslim must be needed because it could create many positive outcomes during any activities. Muslim people who have authority domestically and internationally can bring impactful and meaningful actions that will benefit humanity itself, that is why it is important for Muslim people to acknowledge and remember the Quran teachings to bring more positive actions in the world and avoided damages that are unnecessary and avoidable.
      Having good Ahlaq is not only beneficial for the world but it is also beneficial for a Muslim themselves, having a good Ahlaq means having a good character and this act will bring a Muslim closer to God. there are many events that could have been avoided if every Muslim people in the world have good Ahlaq, those effects could be a significant impact for anyone in the world because there are many people in urgent need of help. with having two of good Ahlaq form such as truthfulness and compassion is enough to bring many positive effects anywhere, Muslim people with authority could make policies and aid that will help the people in need and saves lives. not only Muslim are able to do this but anyone that believes in a god through many major religions on the world could also do the same act and spread positivity, most of the major religion in the world cares for others well being and teaches someone on how to have a good morality.
      It is important to remember religious teachings upon performing in an organization, state and community. A person with authority could decide on a choice that is impactful to someone else, that is why everyone must think carefully upon making a decision and prioritize human life. Carefully making a decision is critical because even the smallest policy change in a country or actions done by individuals could lead to a bigger impact in the future, acting accordingly based on religion is the decision that will most likely not cause any loss for anyone.
