Let me share my experience during in kindergarten ( play group ) with my nephew. Whenever my nephew got conflict with his friends, I am trying to stay cool. It doesn't mean I don’t care, but I am trying to not get involved, create a space to his teacher solve their conflict ( their here refer to my nephew and his friend ).
In that moment, I learn something. Conflict are full of negative things, but their teacher try to build positive thinking track over those negative things.
For example :
Student A : Sepatumu kotor, JELEK !!!
Student B : ( menangis ) Dia mengejek sepatuku, dibilang jelek karena kotor !
Teacher : Dia tidak mengejek, cuma memberikan informasi, kita harus berterima kasih.
Another case ..
Student A : ( memukul murid B )
Student B : ( menangis ) Dia jahat, barusan pukul aku !
Teacher : Dia tidak jahat, cuma belum tahu cara ngajak bermain, seharusnya dipeluk bukan pukul.

How our kids will grow up is depend on us, depend on our expression, our reaction. If we build them in a positive way, with God’s permission, he will grow up as a positive kids.
