Title: A Holistic Strategy in Educational Management to Enhance the Quality of Education in Indonesia
Abstract
This article examines critical aspects of educational management, including national education policies, educational management information systems, educational supervision, human resource management, financial management, infrastructure management, and the role of administration in improving education quality. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, the study finds that synergy between national education policies, management efficiency, and strengthened administrative roles can enhance education quality. The results highlight the pivotal role of optimizing human resources and educational facilities in supporting government policies. Strategic recommendations are provided for policymakers to manage education effectively and efficiently.
Introduction
Education is a key element in a nation's development. In Indonesia, challenges in improving education quality encompass various aspects, from national education policies to infrastructure management. National education policies provide strategic direction, while their implementation requires support from educational management information systems (EMIS), supervision, human resource management (HRM), financial management, and educational infrastructure. This article aims to analyze the contributions of these elements to improving the quality of education in Indonesia.
Methods
This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data were collected through literature reviews, policy document analyses, and interviews with education experts. Analysis was conducted to understand the relationships between national education policies and their implementation in various aspects of educational management.
