With demanding academic workloads, it's easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Amid our busy lives, the term "healing" has become increasingly popular, especially among young people. Many believe that healing means going on a vacation or taking a long trip to relieve stress. But is it really true that we all need a vacation to feel better?

Vacations are often seen as a quick escape from the daily grind. Imagine going to a place far from the hustle and bustle of the city, with no academic assignments to worry about. People say traveling can bring peace of mind and reduce stress. Studies even suggest that vacations can lower stress hormones and boost happiness.

However, not everyone has the opportunity to go on a vacation. Some may lack the money, time, or energy to plan a trip. Others might find that vacations are more stressful due to the planning and preparation involved.

Upon closer examination, healing doesn't always require traveling to a distant place. Sometimes, simple activities like meditation or a morning walk can have a calming effect. Hobbies such as reading, cooking, or listening to music are also effective ways to unwind. Even spending time with friends and chatting can help us forget about stress.

So, do we all need a vacation to heal? not necessarily. Healing is about finding ways to rest and feel better. While vacations can be one way to do this, they are not the only options. Even small things like getting enough sleep or listening to your favorite music can make us feel better. The key is to remember to take care of ourselves
