 Set a good diet.The way to manage a good diet is to have a healthy diet, avoid eating fast food, and drink lots of water.Â
Routinely do sports. There is no need to explain why exercise is so important to do at least 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes. Exercise is also able to protect ourselves from excessive stress. Set your sleep pattern to get quality sleep, which is 8 hours. Avoid night activities that cause you to stay up late.Â
Be yourself. The importance of giving your own mindset that being yourself will make you more beautiful because when you are yourself you will  feel comfortable and free yourself.
