in the stillness of the water blue
I plunge into the pool anew
the ripples spread, a gentle wave
as I embark on my aquatic rave

the water's chill, a welcome shock
as I begin my rhythmic walk
with every stroke, I find my pace
in this tranquil, watery space

the tiles below, a steady guide
as I move with fluid grace and pride
my body weightless, free from strain
in this serene, liquid domain

the sun above, a warm embrace
as I move with effortless grace
the water's rhythm, a soothing beat
a symphony of grace and fleet

with every lap, I feel alive
in this pool, I truly thrive
and when my swim comes to an end
I emerge renewed, ready to ascend
