Human resource management plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization in achieving its goals. Broadly speaking, human resource management provides enormous benefits to organizations. It can be said that human resources are the most crucial element in the management framework, because the good or bad of an institution depends on how humans use all the potential they have. Essentially, the role of human resources in agencies and organizations is to determine the factors of production, building, and growing an institution or organization.

We are not all talented or skilled at business, but we are all businesspersons by nature. Everyone likes to do something that creates an extra income. We are always eager to add other skills or professions to add value. This alone is a business-oriented mind. However, We have seen people who say that they are not gifted in business. They could not even put a leg there. However, when you look at what they are involved in, there is no difference. At this time, we create awareness in our children that business life is part and parcel of us. What our children need is the inspiration to develop a business mind at a young age and hatch business ideas. They need to know that business is any idea that one has to create and earn profit or extra income. Whether you call it a side hustle or mainstream job, teach them business skills one at a time. Involve them in any activity or skill development to earn more money. Tell them why people do business and that there is no appropriate time to start. The key to starting a business is starting, which c an be at any age. This begins with an idea in mind. Place the idea on paper and draw a sketch plan on how it can work. Money should not be a priority, but the idea of starting something. Foster their business ideas and interests and encourage them to build on them. It is easy to plan, but sometimes, it does not start for several reasons. There could be fear of uncertainty, lack of funds, time, skills, competition, trainers, etc. You are may perceive these as realities but foster that zeal for action and offer support. One day, you are comes out of fear and begins. Take it the opportunity to handle and manage money. Educate them about money’s value, how to save and invest, how to plan and budget, spend time within the budget, and make priorities, among others. This creates a critical thinking mind, creativity, and innovation and helps them make informed decisions. They require business ethics. A person who succeeds in business is honest, trustworthy, transparent, compliant with the law, has excellent customer care, respects his/her clients, is a person of integrity, and does not cheat on himself/herself or others. Never to fear taking risks. This enhances their confidence in starting or continuing what they are doing. You should warn  against taking unnecessary risks in situations where danger becomes evident, but you still decide to go there. The risk should be well calculated so that it will not result in great loss or depression if things do not work out and learn about perseverance. This is a virtue to practice in business. You cannot start something, and a few weeks or months down the road you give up before even learning from it. Many resources will be wasted, which may create too much fear and complete withdrawal from business. Involve them in businesses of interest.

Entrepreneurship is a process of doing something new in a creative and innovative way that benefits others and provides added value. The word "Entrepreneurship" comes from the words wira and effort. According to the Indonesian dictionary, Wira means warrior, brave, and of great character, virtuous.

Whrere training is needed, let it be because adding knowledge and skills makes business life easier. Where there is a need for a coach/mentor or apprenticeship, do not hesitate to connect with them.
